Membership Benefits: Members of the UniTechLink (hereinafter “Company”) will be entitled to the benefits listed on the Company’s website for the duration of their membership period. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the benefits at any time without prior notice.

Membership Duration: The membership is valid for one year from the date of registration. Members may renew their membership upon expiry.

Payment: Members must pay the membership fee in full at the time of registration. The Company reserves the right to change the membership fee at any time without prior notice. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership Transferability: Membership benefits might be transferable to another person in certain circumstances.

Use of Services: Members may use the services provided by the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any member who violates these terms and conditions.

Service Limitations: Members may only use the free services provided up to the limits specified. Any excess use will be charged at the Company’s prevailing rates. The Company may modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

Confidentiality: The Company will keep all personal information of members confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the member’s consent, except as required by law.

Copyright: Members retain copyright of all work submitted to the Company. Members grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use and reproduce their work for the sole purpose of providing the services outlined in the membership benefits.

Plagiarism: The Company does not condone plagiarism or any other form of academic misconduct. Members are solely responsible for the originality and accuracy of their work. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any member who engages in academic misconduct.

Cancellation and Refund: Members may cancel their membership at any time, but will not be entitled to a refund. The Company reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership without notice if the member violates any of the terms and conditions set by the Company.

Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the services provided, except to the extent of any proven negligence on the part of the Company.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

Standard Edit of Scientific Article/Proposal/Thesis: Members can take advantage of this benefit to receive a free standard edit of their scientific article, proposal, or thesis, up to 3,000 words. The Company’s experienced editors will review the document for grammar, spelling, syntax, and formatting. This service aims to improve the clarity, readability, and professionalism of the work, and to help the author to communicate their ideas effectively. However, this service does not include content development, research, or referencing. Therefore, members should ensure that their work is complete and accurate before submitting it for editing. Members must submit their work in a Microsoft Word document or a compatible format. The Company will provide edited documents within 5-10 business days. Members may request additional edits at the Company’s prevailing rates.

Graphical Abstracts: Members can also benefit from two free graphical abstracts for their publications. A graphical abstract is a visual summary of the main findings or the key points of the article, which can help to attract the attention of readers and to communicate the essence of the work quickly. The Company’s graphic designers will create a graphical abstract based on the member’s draft or outline, using suitable images, icons, and typography. The graphical abstract will be in a high-resolution image format, suitable for online or print publication. Members must provide a draft of their abstract in a compatible format. The Company will provide the final graphical abstract within 3-8 business days. Members may request additional graphical abstracts at the Company’s prevailing rates.

Mock Peer Review of Article: Members can get a free mock peer review of their article, which can help to prepare them for the formal peer review process and to identify potential weaknesses or areas for improvement in their work. The Company’s experienced reviewers will evaluate the structure, coherence, and relevance of the article, and provide feedback and recommendations in a confidential report. This service does not include a formal peer review or a critique of the content. Members must submit their work in a Microsoft Word document or a compatible format. The Company will provide the review within 5 business days. Members may request additional mock peer reviews at the Company’s prevailing rates.

Journals Suggestion: The Company will provide members with suggestions for suitable journals to submit their work. The Company does not guarantee acceptance of the work in any journal. The suggestions are based on the information provided by the member, including the topic, the scope, the methodology, and the target audience. Members may request up to 3 journal suggestions per submission. The Company will provide the suggestions within 3-5 business days.

Research Promotion on Social Media: The Company will promote members’ research on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, and Instagram. The promotion will include a summary of the work, a link to the publication or the website, and a graphic image, if available. Members must provide the necessary information and consent to the promotion. The Company does not guarantee the reach, the engagement, or the impact of the promotion. The Company will provide the promotions within 5 – 10 business days.

Free Plagiarism Check: The Company will provide members with a free plagiarism check of their work up to 10,000 words. Members must submit their work in a Microsoft Word document or a compatible format. The Company will provide the plagiarism report within 3-5 business days. The Company uses third-party plagiarism detection software to generate the report. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the report. Members may request additional plagiarism checks at the Company’s prevailing rates.
- Access to Our Educational Webinars: The free access to our educational webinars is available to members. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue the webinars at any time without prior notice. The content of the webinars is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. The webinars are provided on an “as is” basis and we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided. We reserve the right to terminate the access of any user who violates our terms and conditions or engages in any inappropriate behavior during the webinars.
- Research Project Consultation: Free research project consultation is available to all individuals and organizations interested in our research services. The consultation is limited to a one-time, 30-minute session with one of our research experts through online chat or email. We reserve the right to decline any request for a consultation without providing a reason. The information discussed during the consultation is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the consultation.
- Discount for Conferences Organized by UniTechLink Inc: The 10% discount for conferences organized by UniTechLink is available to all individuals and organizations who register for the conference using the provided discount code. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. The discount is only applicable to the registration fee and does not apply to any other expenses, such as travel or accommodations. The discount is only valid for the specific conference and cannot be transferred or used for any other purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the discount at any time without prior notice.
- Discount on All Services: Up to 15% discount on all services is available to all individuals and organizations who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific discount level. The discount level is based on the total amount of services purchased during a specific time period. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. The discount is only valid for the specific time period and cannot be applied to past or future purchases. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the discount at any time without prior notice.
